About the Team

The Technology team builds the AI operating system at the heart of HAQQ — the models, infrastructure, and product that turn slow, dense legal work into something fast, reliable, and accessible across emerging markets. We own the full stack: applied AI and retrieval, the platform that serves it at scale, and the interfaces lawyers rely on every day.

In This Role You Will

Own engineering strategy, architecture and delivery across web, mobile, AI and infra
Build, mentor and scale a high-performing multi-team org
Partner with Product on roadmap, quality, security and velocity
Establish engineering standards, SDLC and reliability/SLA targets

You Might Thrive If You

10+ yrs engineering, 4+ leading teams/orgs at scale
Track record shipping complex multi-tenant SaaS/AI products
Strong on architecture, security and hiring
Startup-to-scale experience; SaaS/fintech/legaltech a plus
