About the Team

The Technology team builds the AI operating system at the heart of HAQQ — the models, infrastructure, and product that turn slow, dense legal work into something fast, reliable, and accessible across emerging markets. We own the full stack: applied AI and retrieval, the platform that serves it at scale, and the interfaces lawyers rely on every day.

In This Role You Will

Plan and run qualitative & quantitative research
Synthesize insights into product opportunities
Build a repository of user understanding
Validate concepts pre- and post-launch

You Might Thrive If You

3+ yrs UX/product research
Mixed-methods skill; clear storytelling
Arabic & English; field research across MENA
Legal/professional users a plus
