About the Team

The Technology team builds the AI operating system at the heart of HAQQ — the models, infrastructure, and product that turn slow, dense legal work into something fast, reliable, and accessible across emerging markets. We own the full stack: applied AI and retrieval, the platform that serves it at scale, and the interfaces lawyers rely on every day.

In This Role You Will

Write product docs, help center, API docs and release notes
Create in-product and onboarding content (EN/AR)
Partner with Product, Support and CS on clarity
Keep a single source of truth current

You Might Thrive If You

3+ yrs technical writing for software
Excellent EN writing; AR a strong plus
Able to learn complex products fast
Docs-as-code/API documentation a plus
