About the Team

The Technology team builds the AI operating system at the heart of HAQQ — the models, infrastructure, and product that turn slow, dense legal work into something fast, reliable, and accessible across emerging markets. We own the full stack: applied AI and retrieval, the platform that serves it at scale, and the interfaces lawyers rely on every day.

In This Role You Will

Triage, reproduce and resolve technical issues
Own escalations with engineering
Build help content and internal tooling
Track and reduce ticket trends

Logs, APIs, SQL basics, debugging
