About the Team

The Technology team builds the AI operating system at the heart of HAQQ — the models, infrastructure, and product that turn slow, dense legal work into something fast, reliable, and accessible across emerging markets. We own the full stack: applied AI and retrieval, the platform that serves it at scale, and the interfaces lawyers rely on every day.

In This Role You Will

Define the AI product roadmap (drafting, research, reasoning, RAG)
Set eval criteria, guardrails and quality bars with AI/ML
Balance capability, cost, latency and trust
Partner with Legal Engineers on domain accuracy

You Might Thrive If You

4+ yrs PM incl. ML/AI products
Understanding of LLMs, RAG and evals
Strong judgment on AI UX and safety
Legal/regulated domain exposure a plus
