About the Team

The General & Administrative team is the operating backbone of HAQQ — the people, finance, legal, and operations function that lets a hypergrowth company move at speed without breaking. We build the systems, hire the talent, and run the rhythms that keep a fast-scaling, multi-country company sharp.

This is high-leverage, founder-adjacent work: you'll wear several hats, own outcomes end to end, and set the standard for how the entire company operates as it scales toward Series A and beyond.

Own full-cycle recruiting across functions
Source, screen and close candidates
Build pipelines and employer brand
Run a great candidate experience

You Might Thrive If You

Sourcing and closing skill
ATS and pipeline management
