About the Team

The Technology team builds the AI operating system at the heart of HAQQ — the models, infrastructure, and product that turn slow, dense legal work into something fast, reliable, and accessible across emerging markets. We own the full stack: applied AI and retrieval, the platform that serves it at scale, and the interfaces lawyers rely on every day.

In This Role You Will

Own SLOs, on-call, incident response and postmortems
Build monitoring, alerting and resilience
Improve performance and capacity planning
Partner with DevOps on platform reliability

You Might Thrive If You

4+ yrs SRE/production engineering
Strong on observability and distributed systems
Incident management discipline
Fintech/high-availability a plus
