About the Team

The General & Administrative team is the operating backbone of HAQQ — the people, finance, legal, and operations function that lets a hypergrowth company move at speed without breaking. We build the systems, hire the talent, and run the rhythms that keep a fast-scaling, multi-country company sharp.

This is high-leverage, founder-adjacent work: you'll wear several hats, own outcomes end to end, and set the standard for how the entire company operates as it scales toward Series A and beyond.

In This Role You Will

  • Lead contracts, corporate governance and IP across the group
  • Support fundraising, restructuring and partnerships
  • Manage outside counsel across jurisdictions
  • Build legal processes and templates

You Might Thrive If You

  • Law degree + 6+ yrs corporate/commercial
  • Cross-border/multi-entity experience
  • IP and data protection literacy
  • EN essential; AR/French a plus
