About the Team
The Technology team builds the AI operating system at the heart of HAQQ — the models, infrastructure, and product that turn slow, dense legal work into something fast, reliable, and accessible across emerging markets. We own the full stack: applied AI and retrieval, the platform that serves it at scale, and the interfaces lawyers rely on every day.
In This Role You Will
- Train, fine-tune and evaluate models
- Build data and feature pipelines for ML
- Stand up eval/benchmark harnesses
- Ship and monitor models in production
You Might Thrive If You
- 4+ yrs ML engineering
- PyTorch/TF, MLOps, experimentation
- NLP/transformers depth
- Research-to-production track record
