About the Team

The Technology team builds the AI operating system at the heart of HAQQ — the models, infrastructure, and product that turn slow, dense legal work into something fast, reliable, and accessible across emerging markets. We own the full stack: applied AI and retrieval, the platform that serves it at scale, and the interfaces lawyers rely on every day.

In This Role You Will

  • Ship features end-to-end across frontend and backend
  • Own problems from spec to production and monitoring
  • Contribute to architecture and code quality
  • Work directly with PM and design

You Might Thrive If You

  • 4+ yrs full-stack (Rails/Node + React/TS)
  • Comfort owning features independently
  • Solid testing and DevOps basics
  • Startup pace experience a plus
