About the Team

The Technology team builds the AI operating system at the heart of HAQQ — the models, infrastructure, and product that turn slow, dense legal work into something fast, reliable, and accessible across emerging markets. We own the full stack: applied AI and retrieval, the platform that serves it at scale, and the interfaces lawyers rely on every day.

In This Role You Will

Lead, coach and grow a squad of engineers
Own delivery, quality and team health
Partner with Product on planning and execution
Hire and develop top talent

You Might Thrive If You

6+ yrs engineering incl. 2+ managing
Strong delivery and mentorship track record
Technical depth to earn trust
Scaling-team experience a plus
