About the Team

The General & Administrative team is the operating backbone of HAQQ — the people, finance, legal, and operations function that lets a hypergrowth company move at speed without breaking. We build the systems, hire the talent, and run the rhythms that keep a fast-scaling, multi-country company sharp.

This is high-leverage, founder-adjacent work: you'll wear several hats, own outcomes end to end, and set the standard for how the entire company operates as it scales toward Series A and beyond.

In This Role You Will

Own the data-protection program and DPIAs
Manage data subject rights, breach response, RoPA
Oversee processors, SCCs and transfers
Drive GDPR/SOC 2 privacy alignment

You Might Thrive If You

5+ yrs privacy/data protection
GDPR depth; CIPP/E or similar
Cross-border transfer experience
Legal background a plus
