About the Team

The General & Administrative team is the operating backbone of HAQQ — the people, finance, legal, and operations function that lets a hypergrowth company move at speed without breaking. We build the systems, hire the talent, and run the rhythms that keep a fast-scaling, multi-country company sharp.

This is high-leverage, founder-adjacent work: you'll wear several hats, own outcomes end to end, and set the standard for how the entire company operates as it scales toward Series A and beyond.

In This Role You Will

Build and run compliance policies and controls
Monitor regulatory change and obligations
Run training and internal audits
Support partner/enterprise compliance reviews

You Might Thrive If You

4+ yrs compliance (fintech/legal/regulated)
Policy-building and audit experience
Risk mindset and rigor
Relevant certifications a plus
