About the Team

The Technology team builds the AI operating system at the heart of HAQQ — the models, infrastructure, and product that turn slow, dense legal work into something fast, reliable, and accessible across emerging markets. We own the full stack: applied AI and retrieval, the platform that serves it at scale, and the interfaces lawyers rely on every day.

In This Role You Will

Design and build scalable backend services and APIs
Model complex legal/financial domains and data
Ensure performance, security and reliability
Collaborate across mobile, web and AI teams

You Might Thrive If You

4+ yrs backend (Ruby/Rails, Node, Python or Go)
Strong with relational DBs, APIs and testing
Security and scalability mindset
Fintech/legaltech or multi-tenant SaaS a plus
