About the Team

The Technology team builds the AI operating system at the heart of HAQQ — the models, infrastructure, and product that turn slow, dense legal work into something fast, reliable, and accessible across emerging markets. We own the full stack: applied AI and retrieval, the platform that serves it at scale, and the interfaces lawyers rely on every day.

In This Role You Will

Build LLM-powered features: RAG, agents, evals, fine-tuning
Own prompt/model pipelines and quality
Optimize accuracy, latency and cost
Collaborate with Legal Engineers on domain truth

You Might Thrive If You

4+ yrs ML/AI eng; production LLM apps
Python, RAG, vector DBs, eval frameworks
Strong grasp of LLM limitations and safety
Arabic NLP exposure a plus
